Has President Obama violated the Constitution?
Posted by: | CommentsHas President Obama violated the Constitution?
Aah Dah!!!
Really…..Are you SURE? I can’t believe it!
Well in reality he has violated the Constitution in countless ways, he has violated countless laws and regulations passed by congress many of which HE HIMSELF SIGNED INTO LAW, and then there are the dozens of international laws and treaty’s that he has broken and ignored. I mean really where to start?
I guess we can start here as it is as good as any other place to start: Has President Obama violated the Constitution?
Global Warming ‘Fabricated’ by NASA and NOAA
Posted by: | CommentsNo Say it ain’t so!!!!!!
Global Warming is a complete scam —- Really???
I am still amazed as to how many ignorant dimwits still actually believe this crap. And after all the proof that it was all “Fabricated”; lies upon fabricated lies!
So here is another report AGAIN confirming the scam and this is from your favorite “authority” NASA and the NOAA.
Global Warming ‘Fabricated’ by NASA and NOAA
Scientists at two of the world’s leading climate centres – NASA and NOAA – have been caught out manipulating temperature data to overstate the extent of the 20th century “global warming”.
The evidence of their tinkering can clearly be seen at Real Science, where blogger Steven Goddard has posted a series of graphs which show “climate change” before and after the adjustments.
When the raw data is used, there is little if any evidence of global warming and some evidence of global cooling. However, once the data has been adjusted – ie fabricated by computer models – 20th century ‘global warming’ suddenly looks much more dramatic.
This is especially noticeable on the US temperature records. Before 2000, it was generally accepted – even by climate activists like NASA’s James Hansen – that the hottest decade in the US was the 1930s.

A mainstream media publication
By: Barry Small 05/27/2014
I turned off the news over the holiday weekend and enjoyed the peace in my quiet little corner of the world. Evidently things were not so peaceful a thousand miles or so to the south of me. It seems that a very disturbed you man described by the mainstream media as a woman hating racist went on a killing spree.
Before I go any farther with this I want to express my condolences to the families of the victims. I am a father and I hope that I never have to go through what you are experiencing right now. I can’t honestly say how I would react if one of those kids was mine, I don’t think any of us could.
My issue is the bias in the “news” organizations that are reporting on this rampage. I read all the reports I could find, listened to the “manifesto”, and read a good portion of his 137 page diatribe against everyone. My issue is with the way it is getting used by the liberal media to propagate their class warfare, anti-gun, and anti-white agenda. The Daily News started their day with the headline:
Racism played a role in Elliot Rodger’s Santa Barbara murder spree: experts
Read more: http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/racism-played-role-elliot-rodger-murder-spree-experts-article-1.1806390#ixzz32vST1pJw
The first two paragraphs define the rest of what their article is all about:
The horrific mass murder in Santa Barbara has pundits and armchair diagnosticians scrambling for an explanation.
This time, we’ve seen misogyny and men’s sense of entitlement added to the usual suspects of guns and mental illness. We’d suggest another variable be added to the lethal equation: race.

Misogyny, entitlement, the “usual suspects” of guns and mental illness, and of course race. Yes, believe it or not, the Daily News says that all “mass murderers” are racially motivated white men. This is based on the works of two “scientists” from Stony Brook University. Evidently this rampage happened over the weekend while I tuned out of the rest of the world and during that time these Sociologists had time to do enough scientific research to publish their findings in (wait for it) …the Daily News.
Most of the other mainstream outlets focused on his hatred for beautiful women and suggest that it is evidence that women are still an oppressed minority in today’s society. Their intent is of course to whip up frenzy about women hating men as if they were the majority of the male population.
Then there are the publications that are using a distraught father to further their anti-gun agenda. To me these are the lowest, most despicable rags of them all. A father who has just lost his child and who evidently believes in gun control (I respect his right to his opinion even though I don’t agree with it) instantly becomes the poster child for all the liberal gun control agenda’s in the country. They don’t give a hoot about him or his son; they just use them as the soup d’ jour. Somehow they forgot that most of the killings were stabbings, or maybe they just couldn’t find a sobbing parent demanding knife control.
I don’t deny there is plenty of racism out there, and I don’t deny that there are women hating men. I would even agree that this wack-job was both although there is little evidence that he was a racist. He made a comment that he didn’t understand why white girls went out with black guys instead of him. He also made it clear that they went out with just about anybody but him, although that little fact that seems to have gotten lost behind the headlines.
This kid is sick, he isn’t a racist or a woman hating man; he is a mental nutjob. Using him for any other purpose is negligent and self-serving. I don’t mean to sound like I have sympathy for him because I don’t. I’ve been rejected by plenty of beautiful women; I was mocked in high school for being six feet tall and 140 lbs. with size twelve shoes…as a freshman. I was raised to be a gentleman and even after I became more proportionally correct women still reject me. But I haven’t turned out to be a mass murderer. I guess there is still time.
The next phase of the news cycle has already started; who knew about him and his more than evident mental illness and who is responsible for not locking him away. After all, the signs were all there. “Someone” should have seen this coming and stopped it.
Soon to follow will be the predictable lawsuits. This one should be good, lots of people had opportunity to intervene and derail this train wreck. First, someone will go after the gun manufacturer and the retailer that sold it. I want to see someone go after the knife manufacturer and start a new trend. Then they will go after the police and the psychologists that he was seeing. Lastly, someone will go after the parents because they have known for years that he was a mental disaster. It’s all too predictable.
But there is a six hundred pound gorilla in the room and the media is trying their best not to look at it. You don’t have to be a sociologist to see it, all you have to do is look past all the agendas and there it is in plain sight. Watch his manifesto video then watch a little bit of World of Warcraft. Listen to what this kid is saying. Listen to the phrases he uses, the tone of voice, and his “evil” laugh. Nobody uses the terms “slaying” and “annihilation” in everyday speech. “Piles of skulls” and “rivers of blood”; that’s not something you hear every day…unless you are immersed in video games of destruction.
Elliot Rodger was not a racially motivated killer who hated women; he was a player character on a quest. He was a “god” travelling through a hedonistic world on a mission to right all wrongs; especially those imposed on the down trodden. He had already conquered the first levels of his quest and had arrived at the final battle between good and evil. Listen to his words; he is the hero in a video game. He is going to exact vengeance for all the Elliot’s in the world.
The 600 lb. gorilla is the video game industry that inundates our children with violence and fantasy. I grew up before video games; we had Dungeons and Dragons. I can name more than just a couple kids that went a bit too far into character. They followed a similar path to being anti-social, and disillusioned. They didn’t date, didn’t fit in, and generally hated everyone that was everything they weren’t. That doesn’t mean that everyone that played was like that, but those like Elliot Rodgers that immersed themselves in it were. This is a kid that no longer had the capacity to differentiate between reality and his reality.
But nobody in the media wants to discuss that because the companies they work for all have a stake in video gaming. A good puppy knows that you don’t bite the hand that feeds you. So instead of dealing with the truth, they spew the leftist agenda that their masters tell them to print; racism, gun control and woman’s rights. That is how you get headlines and that is how you control what you want people to perceive as the truth.
Spend some time with Game of Thrones and World of Warcraft. Listen to the way the characters talk and the way they interact in their “world”. Then listen to Elliot’s video manifesto again and you will see the similarities.
I’m not saying we should ban video games any more than I believe we should ban guns and kitchen knives. I’m just saying that the news isn’t “news” anymore, it is ideology. I’m saying that the mainstream media isn’t much different from Elliot Rodgers and is hell bent on making sure everyone’s reality is the same as theirs…or else.
Meanwhile in Florida, five blacks were arrested for shooting up a beach and only one local ABC affiliate was reporting it. It evidently isn’t news when it is black on black even though it was on a crowded beach on a holiday weekend. No racism…no news. Just saying…
One last thing; I saw a beautiful woman with a scrawny white engineer-looking guy this morning and I wondered how the hell that happens. Does that mean that I am a closet racist that hates scrawny white engineers? Somebody call CNN, I think there is a story here.

Crimea: The Ugly Truth
By: Barry Small 07/Mar/2014
Here is the ugly truth about Crimea: the way it is, is the way it will be…and there is nothing we can do about it. Even if our esteemed leader had a set of balls, there is nothing we or anyone else can do about it.
I know it is heresy to say that our President has no balls but facts are facts. His “foreign policy” record speaks for itself. He threw down his cards and folded on the missile defense shield and got nothing for it. Al-Qaeda and the Taliban have patiently waited for his announced withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan.
His Benghazi policy got four American heroes killed and to date, no one has paid for that even though our allies had one of the perpetrators in custody and we know who was behind the “protests”. He wasn’t alone in that one; Hillary and her staff of incredibly incompetent liars watched her ambassador dragged out in the street while they debated how they were going to cover it up. The list of foreign policy failures will be the material that volumes of studies will be written about. It is epic.
Not to mention the skyrocketing number of American heroes in our military which are dying at a staggering rate under Obama. And I remind you that while Bush was in office all the mainstream media made it a point to post the number of casualties EVERY SINGLE NIGHT on the news.
Under former President George W. Bush, 575 American soldiers died and fewer than 3,000 were wounded in Afghanistan. This means under Obama, at least 1,405 soldiers have died and nearly 15,000 additional soldiers have been wounded, which means 70% of the deaths and nearly 80% of the injuries in Afghanistan have occurred under Obama’s watch. (As of: Sept 2012) Reference: Mainstream Media Ignoring Increase In Deaths & Wounded In Afghanistan Under Obama
More applicable to the present situation is Obama’s response to Russia’s overthrow of the Georgian government. To be more accurate; there was no meaningful response from Obama and his campaign staff. Just a whimper then back in his corner with tail tucked. I use the term campaign staff intentionally, because that is the mode he and his staff are perpetually in. By definition a campaign is just a lot of empty promises that no politician ever intends on keeping.
That is the extent of his foreign policy and it was made even more impotent by the people he has put in charge of it. Hillary was about as effective as tits on a boar and ended up getting Americans killed. Notice how she quietly slid back into private life after that epic disaster. The damage control following that is ongoing to this day. They have basically made all witnesses persona non grata and have completely sequestered any one that was associated with it. The exception to that is Susan Rice who was bought off with a promotion. Evidently if you prove you can lie with the big dogs, you get better digs in the kennel.

But in the case of Georgia, Obama didn’t even blow a lot of hot air; in fact it was barely tepid. That is part of the reason that Crimea is already a done deal for Putin. He also holds all the aces in the deck. He has a big set of balls, and a very sharp, tactical mind. He knows that his counterpart is a community organizer that has no understanding of how the world operates outside of Chicago. He also knows that Obama is not by any stretch an experienced military man to be feared or respected.
In contrast, Putin is a highly trained military tactician and a product of the KGB. He is an intelligence junky and he has done his homework. He knows that Obama is at best a common Chicago street punk. Crimea is the result of a carefully crafted plan that takes advantage of Obama and his lack of foreign policy. Putin must have fell out of his chair laughing when Hillary was replaced by Kerry.
Not only does Putin hold all the aces, he is also counting cards. He knows that Obama doesn’t have any trump cards and with the Kerry play he revealed that he has no high cards either. Kerry garners no more respect than Obama and deserves none. This is a case where two is certainly no better than one.
Here are the reasons that Putin will get anything he wants and probably more. He holds Europe’s energy balls in his hand. Forty percent of Europe’s energy supply comes from Russia. What kind of idiots let that happen? Putin is a shrewd operator and skillfully convinced them that the cold war is over and that they could be friends. Not only that we live in a time were we fix things with dialogue. We talk endlessly and accomplish nothing. Putin knows all this and is glad to talk because he knows that talk is cheap and gas isn’t.
Putin holds the Assad card. He and he alone gets to decide what ultimately happens in Syria. Assad is his Middle Eastern proxy and Syria is similar in a tactical sense to Crimea. Syria is an ongoing thorn in Obama’s side and in the Middle East because Putin it is in Russia’s best interest. He doesn’t care one bit about Syria or Assad; he cares about having the best hand at the card table.
The ace in Putin’s hand is what Crimea really represents. The Ukraine wants to join NATO but there is a sticking point; as long as there is a Russian Naval base on Crimean soil that can’t happen. Putin knows this and it is a huge part of his tactical advantage. He has Obama and Europe stuck between a rock and a hard place. The rock is the naval base and the hard place is Crimean cessation. If Crimea separates at the referendum its borders become the territory that the Russians operationally occupy at that point. The real reason for the occupation is the “operational control” of the territory. They don’t want to forcibly take over Crimea and they know they don’t have too. While “protecting” Russian civilians they “operationally” control Crimea.
The problem is that Crimea becomes what is politically known as a “frozen state”. It isn’t part of Ukraine, but it isn’t acknowledged as a legitimate independent nation either. Politically the U.S. and NATO don’t recognize frozen states. The hard place is that if they allow Ukraine minus Crimea into NATO they give frozen states implied legitimacy and that changes policy concerning rogue states such as South Sudan and Russian the controlled Republics of Abkhazia and South Ossetia formerly known as Georgia.
The Russian Navy base at Sevastopol would no longer be a problem but by allowing the Ukraine into NATO we would also anger Ukraine by acknowledging Crimea’s independent status. If the west stands firm it provides a legal barrier to another NATO member on the Russian border. Putin knows all this and has carefully crafted this trap. He knows that at this point it is a no win situation and without knowing it we have already sprung the trap on ourselves.
The dirty truth about Crimea isn’t really about Crimea at all. It is about the incredible ineptitude of our intelligence community, the gross negligence of the State Department and the perception/truth that Obama has no balls. The west calls Putin names like despot, megalomaniac, or a relic from the cold war. In truth he is a very cold calculating military and political professional and he will get what he wants. Calling him names is merely an attempt to cover up what is obvious to the rest of the world…we were sucked in by a pro who outplayed an amateur.
Putin knew all along that Obama wouldn’t stand in his way. He knew Europe would whimper a little but would crawl back in their corner and behave. Most importantly he knows that America’s sphere of influence is declining because of Obama’s weakness and by the total incompetence at the State Department. He knows that as a nation we are in decline and Russia and China are ascending.
We “won” the cold war by standing up to the bully and by bankrupting Russia. Now our president makes empty threats that nobody even listens too. They know he is a campaigner, not a doer. Russia backed down when faced by a doer; they tore down a wall when we had a president that had the balls to stand up to them. Now they are more than happy to sit at the table and talk endlessly while they do whatever they want. Putin has learned from our complete inability to deal with North Korea and Iran that he can talk us to sleep and when we eventually wake up the most we will do is sputter a little.
If our intelligence community spent more time spying on our enemies and less time illegally focused on U.S. citizens maybe they would have seen this coming. If our State Department didn’t have its collective head up the Presidents ass, maybe they
would have seen it coming. All the signs were there but there isn’t anybody in control that can put intelligence over ideology. I really don’t think there is any intelligence in control anywhere in this administration.
The President wants to create an illusion that the world is a safer place because he is having “dialogue” with the bullies of the world. Kerry is just a clown who follows a policy set by a rabble rouser that is in way over his rapidly graying head.
Putin knows he has won and the whole world knows who really calls the shots in today’s world. He is far from done, and he is igniting a new sense of Russian pride and power. He can ride the wave as far as he wants right into any of the former soviet states without fear of retribution. He has taken over two countries and has done it essentially without firing a shot. Meanwhile our sackless leaders are having a beer summits at the golf course at Martha’s Vineyard and having a dialogue about the next round of lies they are going to create to cover up their incompetence. At least Hillary woke up from her socialist utopia long enough to spout a warning about Putin’s Hitleresque facade about protecting Russian citizens…then it was back to her blanket like a good little doggie.

I Have the Smoking Gun in Obama’s IRS Scandal
Posted by: | CommentsIs there ANYONE on the left (Liberals, Democrats, Progressives, Socialists etc..) who would not be going absolutely Ape-Shit crazy if it was George W. Bush who was targeting say the NAACP, or N.O.W, C.A.R.E, a Pro Gay group, or any other group that you can think of. Not only would they be going Ape-Shit crazy they would have already impeached him and rightfully so. As I have said before that is why I loath Liberals as they are all hypocrites!
As those who are old enough may recall, Richard Nixon was impeached for his abuse of the IRS among other things. It was article two of his impeachment that sited his abuse of the IRS to destroy his political enemies.
So why are IRS agents and appointments not in jail, and why has Obama not impeached for what is considerably much, much worse than what Nixon ever did when it comes to the IRS? After all it is a felony to disclose personal IRS information and a felony for IRS agents or representatives to use/abuse the IRS in the manner in which they did. And don’t lie to me about Obama and the Administration not knowing about it! I am absolutely sick of that B.S. and all you are doing is attempting to cover for him. Would any of you bought the line that G.W. Bush knew nothing about it? Obama damn well knew about it and probably personally approved of it.

I Have the Smoking Gun in Obama’s IRS Scandal
Mar. 5, 2014 9:00am
By: Wayne Allyn Root
IRS official Lois Lerner is finally testifying in front of Congress Wednesday. (Well not really)
Still, the media and Republicans in Congress are missing the larger picture. They keep thinking this scandal involves nameless, faceless Tea Party groups. That’s only the tip of the iceberg. That’s what Obama hopes we all think. This “IRS targeted the Tea Party” is the distraction to make us miss the real scandal. Congress needs to expand this investigation.
The real scandal is that this was a widespread criminal conspiracy by the Obama White House to use the IRS to target, persecute, intimidate and silence Obama’s critics and political opposition.
And I believe I personally have the smoking gun to tie the Obama White House to this scandal.
Congress needs to ask Lois Lerner and other IRS officials about the targeting of individual critics of Obama…good Americans with names and faces and families…who they tried to destroy and intimidate…people like me. That story will resonate with the American people. That story leads to the impeachment of the President.
The second of Nixon’s Articles of Impeachment was for the crime of using the IRS to punish his political opponents. The difference is that Barack Obama’s IRS scandal makes Richard Nixon look like a minor league rookie.
Tea Parties are just one part of this widespread conspiracy. I was personally targeted along with many others including Dr. Benjamin Carson; former GOP Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell; a stage 4 terminal cancer victim (after appearing on Fox News); conservative filmmakers like Jerry Mullen (Dinesh D’Souza’s partner) and Joel Gilbert; Christian minister Billy Graham; Catherine Engelbrecht, who was targeted over 15 times by the IRS and other government agencies after founding her Tea Party; and numerous prominent GOP donors. The list goes on and on.
There is a clear pattern of a criminal conspiracy here – this was an organized crime conspiracy that would make Al Capone and the Gambino Crime Family proud. The only question is can Obama be connected? If he can, this becomes the biggest scandal in modern U.S. political history.
Let me tell you about my personal situation. I spent three years (2011-2013) under nonstop attack by the IRS. I first wrote about it for TheBlaze last Spring.
I may not be the most high-profile Obama critic in the country, but my opinions are read by millions at many of the most popular news, business and political web sites in the country – like TheBlaze. Last year my book, “The Ultimate Obama Survival Guide“became a national bestseller.
The result of all of this nonstop media exposure? An unprecedented IRS attack starting in January 2011. This IRS attack was so over-zealous and out of bounds, I was forced to hire one of the nation’s top tax law firms. My legal team took the case to tax court, where we won a complete victory.
Only five days later, the IRS announced a new tax audit. I’m not a billionaire or a wheeling, dealing hedge fund CEO. I’m just a small businessman – but someone in government thought I needed to be silenced.
Multiple legal and tax experts confirmed they had never heard of an American taxpayer being attacked by the IRS in such a manner only five days after winning in tax court. Furthermore, they all agreed this could only happen if I was on Obama’s “Enemies List.”
The attack was chilling, intimidating, and very expensive. It was meant to bleed me dry and teach me a lesson – if you dare to criticize Obama, get ready to lose everything.
Here is where my case may differ from others. Obama and the IRS left a trail. I may have the smoking gun to tie Obama to the scandal.

WSJ: Poorer counties facing especially high premiums, few choices, little competition through ObamaCare
posted at 2:41 pm on February 13, 2014 by Erika Johnsen (From HotAir.com and The Wall Street Journal)
“My guiding principle is, and always has been, that consumers do better when there is choice and competition. That’s how the market works. Unfortunately, in 34 states, 75 percent of the insurance market is controlled by five or fewer companies. In Alabama, almost 90 percent is controlled by just one company. And without competition, the price of insurance goes up and quality goes down.”
So sayeth President Obama, but so far, his crowning legislative achievement has directly resulted in a whole lotta’ restrictions on consumer choice, while his brand of top-down government-led “competition,” well… isn’t, really.
On top of the narrower provider networks that many Americans are now facing as insurers scramble to control costs while complying with ObamaCare’s new rules, the WSJ just did an analysis of the healthcare offerings in 36 states that found that hundreds of thousands of Americans in poorer counties are discovering they have limited choices of health insurers and are looking at higher premiums through the online exchanges. For many, in fact, their ObamaCare-offered policy options are going to come from a monopoly of their local insurance market:
Consumers in 515 counties, spread across 15 states, have only one insurer selling coverage through the online marketplaces, the Journal found. In more than 80% of those counties, the sole insurer is a local Blue Cross & Blue Shield plan. Residents of wealthier, more populated counties in the U.S. receive lower-priced choices than those living in counties with a single insurer. …
Higher participation rates among young adults, as much as 40%, is seen as essential to balance out the higher costs of covering older people for insurers that are already limiting the counties where they offer coverage. …
The average price for a 50-year-old American to obtain the cheapest midlevel “silver plan” through HealthCare.gov—the marketplace operated by the federal government—was $406 in counties with one health insurer, the Journal found. In counties with four insurers, the average price of the cheapest comparable silver plan was $329.
The price differences reflect the strategy of insurers to pick markets where they believe they can turn a profit—and avoid areas of high unemployment and a concentration of unhealthy residents they deem more risky.
Aetna Inc. and UnitedHealth Group Inc., for instance, have limited their participation in the new health-insurance marketplaces, where consumers shop for coverage, to a much smaller map than their traditional business. They offer coverage in more counties outside of the marketplaces, where plans are sold directly to consumers and federal subsidies aren’t available.
Aetna’s CEO Mark Bertolini has been pretty open about the fact that his company is only participating in ObamaCare in areas with stable levels of employment and income in order to attract profitable customers, although as he mentioned again last week, they’re still considering pulling out of ObamaCare altogether if they don’t feel they can maintain profitability.
So, in many cases, the number of insurers competing in many states’ individual insurance markets via ObamaCare is actually less than the number of carriers that sold individual policies pre-ObamaCare. …Winning?

Skeptical Climatologist Calls Out ‘Global Warming Nazis’
Posted by: | CommentsSkeptical Climatologist Calls Out ‘Global Warming Nazis’
by James Delingpole 21 Feb 2014 1791
A leading skeptic climatologist has declared himself so sick of being called a “denier” by climate alarmists that he is now going to call them out as “Nazis” in return.
Dr Roy Spencer, Principal Scientist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, writes on his blog:
“Yeah, somebody pushed my button.
“When politicians and scientists started calling people like me “deniers”, they crossed the line. They are still doing it.
“They indirectly equate (1) the skeptics’ view that global warming is not necessarily all manmade nor a serious problem, with (2) the denial that the Nazi’s extermination of millions of Jews ever happened.
“Too many of us for too long have ignored the repulsive, extremist nature of the comparison. It’s time to push back.
“I’m now going to start calling these people “global warming Nazis”.”
Bold move, Dr Spencer. But I foresee problems ahead: not because anything you are saying here is technically inaccurate but because the climate debate is all about double standards.
Here are some of the things you are not allowed to mention if you are a climate skeptic.
1. Hitler’s Germany was the most eco-friendly regime in modern political history. As well as banning smoking on public transport and creating some of Europe’s first nature reserves, the Nazis were heavily into wholefood and clean living. Himmler wanted to feed the SS on organic food only. Goering threatened to send people who were cruel to animals to concentration camps. (For further details, see Watermelons)
2. There is no such thing as a climate change “denier”. No one denies that climate changes. All that skeptics dispute is the degree to which man contributes to this largely natural – and unscary – process.
3. The environmental lobby uses the same tactics used by totalitarian movements through the ages – fascists, Nazis, communists, there’s really no difference. These include: brainwashing the young and turning them against their parents (“Dad! You didn’t recycle!”); outrageous and dishonest propaganda (for Triumph of the Will see An Inconvenient Truth); vicious personal attacks; judicial bullying (see the forthcoming Mark Steyn trial).
The reason you can’t mention this stuff is a) Godwin’s Law and b) – just like the plotters who tried to kill Hitler or the ones in Stalin’s show trials – you’ve already been found guilty and deserve no defense.
However, if you’re a climate alarmist none of these strictures apply. You can call climate skeptics – even high-end scientists like Dr Roy Spencer – anything you like because, hey, having reservations about a flimsy hypothesis like Anthropogenic Global Warming theory is at least as bad as denying that Hitler murdered six million Jews. Er, isn’t it?

Gun Confiscations are coming!
Posted by: | CommentsFirst it is important to remember that Hitler used the same tactics that are being used now all over the country in order to justify his gun confiscations. Can anyone recall just how well that turned out for the Jewish people among others in Germany? Can you say 20 Million plus Murdered!
Is Gun Confiscation on the Way in Connecticut? Owners of Newly ‘Illegal’ Firearms May Soon Start Receiving Notices (UPDATED)
The Blaze: Feb. 26, 2014 11:06pm Jason Howerton
UPDATE: A spokesperson with the Special Licensing and Firearms Unit of the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection told TheBlaze that a letter has been drafted to send to gun owners who are found to be in possession of unregistered semi-automatic rifles deemed illegal by the state’s new gun control law. However, “not a one” letter has been sent out so far.
The spokesperson, who didn’t want to identify herself, refused to comment on the content of the draft letter. When we asked what other action the state plans to take against owners of unregistered so-called “assault rifles, the spokesperson said we should contact the governor’s office because that’s where they get their orders from.
It’s not clear if the letter published by the Capitalism Institute is authentic, though we can confirm a draft letter does exist.

The Benghazi Lie

The Benghazi Lie
A failure of character of this magnitude corrodes the integrity of the state.
By Mark Steyn
Shortly before last November’s election I took part in a Fox News documentary on Benghazi, whose other participants included the former governor of New Hampshire John Sununu. Making chit-chat while the camera crew were setting up, Governor Sununu said to me that in his view Benghazi mattered because it was “a question of character.” That’s correct. On a question of foreign policy or counterterrorism strategy, men of good faith can make the wrong decisions. But a failure of character corrodes the integrity of the state.
That’s why career diplomat Gregory Hicks’s testimony was so damning — not so much for the new facts as for what those facts revealed about the leaders of this republic. In this space in January, I noted that Hillary Clinton had denied ever seeing Ambassador Stevens’s warnings about deteriorating security in Libya on the grounds that “1.43 million cables come to my office” — and she can’t be expected to see all of them, or any. Once Ambassador Stevens was in his flag-draped coffin listening to her eulogy for him at Andrews Air Force Base, he was her bestest friend in the world — it was all “Chris this” and “Chris that,” as if they’d known each other since third grade. But up till that point he was just one of 1.43 million close personal friends of Hillary trying in vain to get her ear.
Now we know that at 8 p.m. Eastern time on the last night of Stevens’s life, his deputy in Libya spoke to Secretary Clinton and informed her of the attack in Benghazi and the fact that the ambassador was now missing. An hour later, Gregory Hicks received a call from the then–Libyan prime minister, Abdurrahim el-Keib, informing him that Stevens was dead. Hicks immediately called Washington. It was 9 p.m. Eastern time, or 3 a.m. in Libya. Remember the Clinton presidential team’s most famous campaign ad? About how Hillary would be ready to take that 3 a.m. call? Four years later, the phone rings, and Secretary Clinton’s not there. She doesn’t call Hicks back that evening. Or the following day.
Are murdered ambassadors like those 1.43 million cables she doesn’t read? Just too many of them to keep track of? No. Only six had been killed in the history of the republic — seven, if you include Arnold Raphel, who perished in General Zia’s somewhat mysterious plane crash in Pakistan in 1988. Before that you have to go back to Adolph Dubs, who died during a kidnapping attempt in Kabul in 1979. So we have here a once-in-a-third-of-a-century event. And at 3 a.m. Libyan time on September 12 it’s still unfolding, with its outcome unclear. Hicks is now America’s head man in the country, and the cabinet secretary to whom he reports says, “Leave a message after the tone and I’ll get back to you before the end of the week.” Just to underline the difference here: Libya’s head of government calls Hicks, but nobody who matters in his own government can be bothered to.
What was Secretary Clinton doing that was more important? What was the president doing? Aside, that is, from resting up for his big Vegas campaign event. A real government would be scrambling furiously to see what it could do to rescue its people. It’s easy, afterwards, to say that nothing would have made any difference. But, at the time Deputy Chief Hicks was calling 9-1-1 and getting executive-branch voicemail, nobody in Washington knew how long it would last. A terrorist attack isn’t like a soccer game, over in 90 minutes. If it is a sport, it’s more like a tennis match: Whether it’s all over in three sets or goes to five depends on how hard the other guy pushes back. The government of the United States took the extremely strange decision to lose in straight sets. Not only did they not deploy out-of-area assets, they ordered even those in Libya to stand down. Lieutenant Colonel Gibson had a small team in Tripoli that twice readied to go to Benghazi to assist and twice was denied authority to do so, the latter when they were already at the airport. There weren’t many of them, not compared to the estimated 150 men assailing the compound. But they were special forces, not bozo jihadists. Back in Benghazi, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty held off numerically superior forces for hours before dying on a rooftop waiting for back-up from a government that had switched the answering machine on and gone to Vegas.
Throughout the all-night firefight in Benghazi, Washington’s priority seems to have been to do everything possible to deny that what was actually happening was happening at all. To send “soldiers” on a “mission” to “fight” the “enemy” was at odds with the entire Obama narrative of the Arab Spring and the broader post-Bush Muslim world. And so the entire U.S. military was stood down in support of the commander-in-chief’s fiction.
As Mr. Hicks testified, his superiors in Washington knew early that night that a well-executed terrorist attack with the possible participation of al-Qaeda elements was under way. Instead of responding, the most powerful figures in the government decided that an unseen YouTube video better served their political needs. And, in the most revealing glimpse of the administration’s depravity, the president and secretary of state peddled the lie even in their mawkish eulogies to their buddy “Chris” and three other dead Americans. They lied to the victims’ coffins and then strolled over to lie to the bereaved, Hillary telling the Woods family that “we’re going to have that person arrested and prosecuted that did the video.” And she did. The government dispatched more firepower to arrest Nakoula Basseley Nakoula in Los Angeles than it did to protect its mission in Benghazi. It was such a great act of misdirection Hillary should have worn spangled tights and sawn Stevens’s casket in half.
The dying Los Angeles Times reported this story on its homepage (as a sidebar to “Thirteen Great Tacos in Southern California”) under the following headline: “Partisan Politics Dominates House Benghazi Hearing.” In fact, everyone in this story is a Democrat or a career civil servant. Chris Stevens was the poster boy for Obama’s view of the Arab Spring; he agreed with the president on everything that mattered. The only difference is that he wasn’t in Vegas but out there on the front line, where Obama’s delusions meet reality. Stevens believed in those illusions enough to die for them. One cannot say the same about the hollow men and women in Washington who sent him out there unprotected, declined to lift a finger when he came under attack, and in the final indignity subordinated his sacrifice to their political needs by lying over his corpse. Where’s the “partisan politics”? Obama, Clinton, Panetta, Clapper, Rice, and the rest did this to one of their own. And fawning court eunuchs, like the ranking Democrat at the hearings, Elijah Cummings, must surely know that, if they needed, they’d do it to them, too. If you believe in politics über alles, it’s impressive, in the same way that Hillary’s cocksure dismissal — “What difference, at this point, does it make?” — is impressive.
But the embassy security chief, Eric Nordstrom, had the best answer to that: It matters because “the truth matters” — not least to the Libyan president, who ever since has held the U.S. government in utter contempt. Truth matters, and character matters. For the American people to accept the Obama-Clinton lie is to be complicit in it.

The stupidity of the Global Warming Crowd
Posted by: | CommentsThe stupidity of the Global Warming Crowd
The ignorance surrounding the global warming hoax is truly astounding. It is brainwashing at its very best perpetrated by the ignorant. Seriously, have you ever noticed that no matter what is happening in the world it is now caused by manmade global warming? If it’s hot outside its “global warming”, if it’s cold outside its “global warming” if it is a beautiful sunny 70 degree day its “global warming”, if it’s raining outside its “global warming”, if pigs are flying its “GLOBAL WARMING”!
It has gotten so out of control that ONLY the truly ignorant believe that crap. Furthermore, it has been debunked by hundreds if not thousands of scientists and it’s been proven that the data they used to propagate the lie was completely bogus!
In addition, they are always saying that “if we look at climate history” then we can come up with such-n-such conclusion. Question: the earth is something like 5000 years old and climate records have only really been kept for 100 years (give or take) and you are not 5000 years old; so who are you to preach to me as an expert on earth’s climate history when all you have is 100 years of data out of FIVE THOUSAND?
And don’t start telling me that you have pulled samples out of the earth somewhere and tested them somehow and now you are an expert on 5000 years of climate history. Who are you to tell me what is normal and what isn’t? For all you know out of the last 5000 years normal may be 20 degrees hotter or cooler for that matter. YOU DON’T KNOW!
And recall; these same lunatics from the asylum predicted back in the 1970’s that we were all going to die from a new Ice Age. Now these morons are telling me we are all going to burn up because the earth has supposedly warmed 0.006 degrees per year in the last 50 years or some ridiculous number. As you recall the king dumb-ass himself (Al Gore) said that the East Coast would be under water by now.
This hoax has gotten so out of control that it is mind boggling. Let’s reference the article below and the links below and see some of the insane claims that the leftist lunatics have been perpetuating and worse shoving down the throat of our children in schools. It is truly astounding!
Rape, Murder, Chocolate Shortages: Is There Anything Climate Change DOESN’T Cause?
by James Delingpole 28 Feb 2014, 2:06 AM PDT
Climate change will lead to an orgy of killing, looting, rape and burglary, says a new report.
Wow! Better tell John Brignell at Numberwatch.
In case you haven’t seen his site, it purports to provide “A complete list of all the things that have been caused by global warming.”
The A section alone includes:
AIDS, Afghan poppies destroyed, African holocaust, aged deaths, poppies more potent, Africa devastated, Africa in conflict, African aid threatened, aggressive weeds, Air France crash, air pockets, air pressure changes, airport farewells virtual, airport malaria, Agulhas current, Alaskan towns slowly destroyed, Al Qaeda and Taliban Being Helped, allergy increase, allergy season longer, alligators in the Thames, Alps melting, Amazon a desert, American dream end, amphibians breeding earlier (or not), anaphylactic reactions to bee stings, ancient forests dramatically changed, animals head for the hills, animals shrink, Antarctic grass flourishes, Antarctic ice grows, Antarctic ice shrinks, Antarctic sea life at risk, anxiety treatment, algal blooms, archaeological sites threatened, Arctic bogs melt, Arctic in bloom, Arctic ice free, Arctic ice melt faster, Arctic lakes disappear, Arctic tundra lost, Arctic warming (not), a rose by any other name smells of nothing, asteroid strike risk, asthma, Atlantic less salty, Atlantic more salty, atmospheric circulation modified, attack of the killer jellyfish, avalanches reduced, avalanches increased,
Each entry includes a hyperlink to the article promulgating each particular spurious claim.
But nobody actually believes this stuff, surely?
Unfortunately, yes. The people who do are called liberals.
One of them is a friend of mine and, by way of a greeting, he sent me a link to this article in The Ecologist the other day. It’s headlined Time To Wake Up: the Climate Denial Beast and reports on a speech made by Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, warning on the extent to which evil climate denialists are funded to pump out their vile propaganda by the agents of Big Oil.
Senator Whitehouse invites us to be shocked by the fact that, according to research by some activist or other at a German university, “from 2003 to 2010, 140 foundations made grants totaling $558 million to 91 organizations that actively oppose climate action.”
Wow! You mean to say that it took the Climate Denial Beast seven years to spend the same amount of money that President Obama managed to blow in a fraction of the time on just one failed green enterprise, Solyndra? Some Beast!
What depressed me about that email from my friend was that I realized he hadn’t sent it in the spirit of self-deprecation. It wasn’t meant to say: “Hey. Can’t my fellow greenies be a bit crazy sometimes!” It was meant to show me how wrong I was. Not just wrong – but probably a bit evil too.
Anyone who has ever tried debating a committed liberal on the subject of climate change will have been through this experience.
You try, as patiently as possible, to spell out the facts. (In the case of Sen Whitehouse’s claims above, for example, you might note that the money spent on climate skepticism is minuscule relative to the epic sums spent by the US government and other agencies funding climate alarmism)
But the facts don’t interest them because they’ve already made up their mind: you’re a denier and nothing a denier says can possibly be true.
It was in frustration at being called a denier that one skeptical climatologist University of Alabama Huntsville Professor Roy Spencer – finally lost patience this week. If alarmists were going to equate his skepticism with Holocaust denial, he declared, then he was going to call them out as Nazis.
Thank goodness that we have responsible, politically unbiased institutions like the Anti-Defamation League to adjudicate on these sensitive matters.
And the ADL’s verdict is now in. Its South East Interim Regional Director Shelley Rose has issued a statement condemning Dr Spencer’s analogy as “outrageous and deeply offensive” because the “deaths of six million Jews should not be used for political points or sloganeering.”
When Shelley Rose was pressed to condemn in similarly strong terms the use of “denier” to describe blameless climate skeptics, however, she was oddly reluctant to do so.
Could this be, perhaps, because in her spare time Shelley Rose has campaigned for a climate activist group called Step It Up?
